A Legacy That Brings People Together
Forever1111 Organization was created to honor Madelyn’s life by transforming loss into meaningful action. Through events, initiatives, and shared experiences, we bring people together in ways that reflect how she lived.
Joyful, adventurous, and deeply connected to those around her, Madelyn had a natural ability to bring people together. That same spirit continues to guide everything we do.
Madelyn’s Story
During a family ski trip in Utah in February 2026, Madelyn was tragically caught in an avalanche while skiing with her father and brother. She passed away on February 19, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and inspiration.
She was a vibrant and compassionate young person who loved skiing, soccer, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends. Her presence brought energy and connection to every room, field, and mountain she stepped onto.
Forever1111 Organization was created in her honor to ensure that her spirit continues to live on through the people and activities she loved most.
In our home, 11:11 was always the moment to make a wish. Known as an angel number, 11:11 now represents Madelyn’s spirit and serves as a reminder to turn wishes into action.
Our Mission
Our mission is to celebrate Madelyn’s life by supporting youth athletics, promoting outdoor experiences, and strengthening the community she loved.
Through annual events, charitable initiatives, and community partnerships, we aim to create a lasting impact that reflects her spirit and continues to bring people together.

Forever 11 Preseason Jamboree
Beginning in 2026, the Mariner Preseason Jamboree will now be known as the Forever 11 Preseason Jamboree, held in loving memory and honor of Maddie Eitas.

Making Waves for Maddie at Water Wizz
- Ticket includes 1 General Admission (2 and under free) to Water Wizz on 7/13/26. Ticket not eligible for date change.
- A portion of each ticket will be donated to the Forever1111 Foundation in honor of Madelyn’s memory and to support it’s meaningful mission. Your support is greatly appreciated.
1,000 Soccer Ball Giveaway
Providing soccer equipment to youth in need and expanding access to the game Madelyn loved. This initiative supports young athletes and encourages participation at all levels.
Ski Day at Ragged Mountain
Honoring Madelyn’s love of skiing in a place that reflects her passion for the outdoors. This event brings families and community members together for a shared experience on the mountain.

Rochester Road Race: Miles for Maddie
A community-wide event focused on connection, movement, and giving back. The road race brings together participants of all ages in support of a meaningful cause.
