About Us
Our Foundation
Forever1111 Organization was created in loving memory of Madelyn “Maddie” Eitas to honor the extraordinary light she brought into the lives of those around her.
What began as a way to process unimaginable loss has grown into a mission rooted in connection, purpose, and community. The organization reflects the way Maddie lived: bringing people together, supporting others, and finding joy in every moment.
Today, Forever1111 continues to grow through the support of family, friends, and a community committed to carrying her spirit forward.

Leadership
Gregory Eitas
Gregory Eitas grew up playing basketball, baseball, and skiing, where he developed a deep appreciation for teamwork, resilience, and working toward a shared goal. The experiences and relationships built through sports played a defining role in shaping who he is today.
Those same values carried into his career in construction, where collaborating on large-scale projects continues to bring a strong sense of purpose and accomplishment. At its core, the foundation remains the same—people coming together, supporting one another, and striving for something greater than themselves.
After the loss of his daughter, Madelyn, who passed while participating in the sport she loved, Gregory found a renewed sense of purpose in promoting youth athletics and skiing safety.
Through Forever1111 Organization, he is committed to supporting community sports programs, fostering development, strengthening teams, and advocating for the safety and well-being of every young athlete.
Becky Eitas
Becky Eitas is the proud mother of Madelyn and lives in Rochester with her husband, Greg, their son Cameron, and their dog Skarla.
After graduating from UMass Dartmouth in 2005, Becky began her career as a lead preschool teacher before starting her family. She later chose to stay home to raise Cameron and Madelyn, dedicating her time to her family and community. During that time, she served on the fundraising planning board for Old Rochester Youth Baseball and coached Madelyn’s travel soccer team.
Becky has always been deeply involved in her community and passionate about supporting youth development through sports and connection. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and being outdoors.
The legacy and memory of Madelyn, and the foundation created in her honor, are Becky’s driving force. She is committed to growing Forever1111 Organization into something that continues to help others while reflecting her daughter’s kindness, compassion, and ability to bring people together.
